From schematic to populated board to validated system — Fertile Mined delivers electrical design, assembly and test, and speaks fluent firmware while doing it.

A manufacturer of medical robotic systems handed us an impossible, space-restricted retrofit. We delivered a 3-axis / 2-head pick-and-place leveraging Faulhaber encoded DC micro-motors, optical position sensors and precision ball-screw actuators — with custom transition PCBs and FFC cabling for a compact solution.

For a high-power electrical drop-out client we designed an automated demonstration system: wireless PC communications, two motorized mechanisms, custom bracketing, power supply and management, and a custom PC GUI — a tour de force of cross-functional engineering.
